Located just north of Atlanta, and with a population now exceeding 670,00 people, Cobb County extends from the banks of the Chattahoochee River and the burgeoning, new “Edge-City” of the Cobb-Galleria area north to the historic charms of Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, and Lake Allatoona, and from the still-rural areas of West Cobb to the neighborhoods and shops of East Cobb. The Community Foundation for Cobb County (CCF) is overseen by a local Board of Cobb’s business and community leaders. We work with individuals and organizations to create endowment funds which are managed by a team of professional investment advisors. We help donors connect their charitable interests to a variety of important community needs through grants, specific gifts, and scholarships.
